Jarak Psycroptic are that extremely rare breed of tech death band where I find their music highly enjoyable – catchy even – instead of thinking it just sounds like a lot of boring wankery. Not only can they play their instruments with technical proficiency, they also know how to write music worth listening to. Favorite track: Directive.

bcb723 This album was everything I hoped it would be when it was released. Just technical bliss with those fucking fantastic scream/vox and effective female backing vocals. Seriously though, how is something this complex also this catchy? Favorite track: As The Kingdom Drowns.
